F-150 performance and repair, Orlando

The truck shop that also races.

The 5.0 in your F-150 is the same Coyote this shop was built around, and the EcoBoost is the other engine we see every week. Your truck gets the same people who tune 1,600 horsepower Mustangs, and the same dyno.

Superchargers, tuning, cam phasers and timing, brakes, fuel systems, and the oil changes and repairs in between. 2011 and newer, including the 2024 and 2025 Raptor R.

Whipple Stage 1: $11,300 out the door

Whipple Gen 6 3.0L supercharger, installed, custom dyno tuned, taxes, fluids and the dyno session included. Over 300 horsepower gained at the wheels, and 491 lb-ft on Tim's truck, read off our own graph.

Supercharger installs

Whipple Stage 1 and Stage 2, and the Ford Performance kit. Stage 2 with the full fuel system from $16,360. Raptor R Whipple upgrades too.

Custom dyno tuning

From $1,490 on a 2021 and newer truck, PCM unlock included. Supercharged trucks from $1,650. The 2024 and 2025 5.0 Ultimate Flex flash from $780.

Cam phasers and timing

The 5.0 rattle on cold start is phasers, and it does not fix itself. Phasers, chains, guides and tensioners done properly, quoted per truck.

Brakes, fuel and the rest

TBM big brake upgrades for 2021 and newer trucks from $5,690. Return style fuel systems from $4,190. Exhaust, intakes, differential and transmission work.

Daily driver work

The same shop for the boring stuff

A supercharged truck still needs oil changes, brakes, belts and the occasional diagnosis, and it is better when the people doing that work are the people who know what is under the hood. Oil and filter, pads and rotors, spark plugs, alternators, starters, coolant, transmission service, check engine lights.

Fleet trucks are welcome. If your work trucks are Fords or GMs, one shop can look after all of them.

Truck owners, in their own words

"I drove out here from Tampa and was well worth it!!! When discussing the options of adding the Whipple to my truck he was especially detailed explaining the entire process and sent pictures through out the build as well as the Dyno session. Great prices and a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely be back for the next phase of my build."

Questions

Things F-150 owners ask us

Will a supercharger hurt my truck's reliability?

Not when the whole combination is done. Stage 1 on a healthy 5.0 with a proper calibration and the right fuel is a truck you can tow with. What hurts trucks is a blower on a tired engine, a canned tune and 87 octane.

My 5.0 rattles for a second on cold start. Is that the phasers?

Almost always. It is the most common repair we do on these trucks, and the earlier it is done the less it costs, because a phaser that fails completely takes the timing chain and guides with it.

Can you tune my 2021 or newer truck? I heard they are locked.

Yes. The newer PCMs need an unlock before anything can be written, and it is included in our tuning price. The 2024 and 2025 5.0 has its own flash package.

Do you do EcoBoost trucks?

Yes, 2.7 and 3.5. Tuning, intercoolers, downpipes, fuel and the maintenance in between.

Can I get maintenance done at the same visit?

Yes, and it is the sensible time to do it. Oil, plugs, belts and brakes get looked at while the truck is here for the bigger job, and it all goes on one estimate.
