Both. A stock F-150 that needs brakes gets the same bay and the same technician as a supercharged one. Most of our maintenance customers have never modified anything.

Diagnostic time is billed by the hour, and it stops when we have an answer. You get a call with what we found and an estimate for the repair before anything is replaced.
Book it and yes, usually. Bigger jobs are drop-off. We text when the car is ready.
